Women’s IPL 2023 Overseas Players
BBCI is coming up with a new decision where they have a total of five foreign players who can take part in the tournament. Whereas in the playing XI, there are going to be a total of five players from foreign categories in the team.
However, IPL rules have been taking only four foreign players in the tournament. Whereas the fifth player is also going to be a part of the team where it is going to be from associate.
Therefore, there are going to be five players who will be taking part in the team for the IPL Women category. Besides, a source informs about the same stating that the teams will have the option. The field will be welcoming five foreign players.
However, this applies as long as the player is from an associate nation. Further, the fixtures are going to be starting for the Women’s IPl where they have a salary cap of INR 12 crores for the WIPL. Therefore the fund size for the event is going to be INR 1.5 crores in the subsequent four years.

However, the cap is going to be INR of 18 crores whereas it is a five-year cycle whereas it is a five-team league for the WIPL 2023.
