TNPL 2023 Points Table and Standing Rules

A sum of 8 groups will take part in the 2023 version and will follow the Cooperative Association and Season finisher design. Different groups which have come out on top for the championship are Salem Spartans (Tuti Nationalists) in 2016 and Siechem Madurai Pumas in 2018. A round-robin format will be used in the eight-team Tamil Nadu Premier League.

Before the playoffs, all eight teams will compete against one another in a total of 28 league matches. The two-day auction for teams to complete their squads for the 2023 edition was held successfully by TNCA.

The top four teams in the points table advance to the playoffs at the conclusion of the league stage. This as well as at times at least two groups end their games with a similar number of focuses.
