Next, Srikanth will play Lu Guang Zu, who is ranked 17th in the world and from China. Zu beat Prannoy earlier in the tournament with a score of 21-17, 21-17. Srikanth showed off his great skills by coming back from behind to win the match after three tough games.

Chen fought back in the second game, which sent the match to a decider. However, Srikanth calmed down and controlled the final game, securing his advancement with a clear win.

Prannoy had a good start on the other court, but Guang Zu’s tough play changed things around. Even though Prannoy was ahead early in the first game, mistakes made by Guang Zu helped him win and keep the momentum going into the second game, which was his victory and moved him forward in the event.

The matches happened at the Arena Porte de la Chapelle in Paris, and both Indian shuttlers had to deal with tough opponents. As a result, India had a mixed result in the renowned event.
