For those who are unaware, the Ashes is a recurring series of five cricket Test matches between Australia and England that began in 1882. It usually happens every two years, but there may be two series in a year or longer between them.
This time around, Britain is set to have the matches, with five cricket grounds around the UK, including Ruler’s, parting the activity. England has the home team advantage this time around and has become a winning machine under new captain Ben Stokes, but Australia currently holds The Ashes after winning every test match in the 2021-2022 series.
pointing out that England hasn’t held The Ashes since 2015, and it will need to do everything in its power to win them back this year.
