Owner and chairman Jim Maynard has been in charge of the club since 2015, and he has had a significant role in determining its success. Essex T20 Captain and Venue
Captain:
Tom Westley, an accomplished cricketer from Essex, has been selected as the team’s captain for the 2023 T20 Blast campaign.
