We have some Indian cricketers who have played for Yorkshire and Lancashire teams in this competition. It is believed that playing in this One Day Cup of England increases the respect of that player. However, the participating teams are divided into two groups of nine. Moreover, each of those teams plays eight group matches.
However, four of these group matches are at home and four are away. On the other hand, the top four teams from each group advance to the quarterfinals. And then the semi-final and then the final through which we get the winner. Over the years we have seen the teams here go through fierce competition to win the cup.

That’s probably why this competition is considered one of the premier domestic competitions in the world. The tournament also has a rich history and a high level of competition.
