On Saturday, March 2, at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) will engage in an exciting contest for the ninth game of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024.

Smriti Mandhana is leading the RCB as they attempt to recover from a 25-run loss against the Delhi Capitals. Mumbai Indians, who lost to UP Warriorz by seven wickets, are also looking to bounce back, with Nat Sciver-Brunt replacing Harmanpreet Kaur.

In their last game, RCB gave up 194/5 to Delhi Capitals. Even with Mandhana’s outstanding 72 off 43, RCB was unable to overcome the opponents, finishing at 169/9 as a result of timely bowling strikes. MI set a target of 162, but UP Warriorz easily met it thanks to innings of impact from Grace Harris and a quick fifty from Kiran Navgire. MI was headed by Hayley Matthews’ half-century.
