An upcoming international badminton tournament is named Madrid Spain Masters 2023. Originally the tournament was held in Madrid, Spain from March 28 to April 2. The tournament is a Super 300 event and has a total prize pool of USD 210,000. This means that the top players from around the world will compete for a chance to win a share of the prize money. The 2023 Spain Masters is the 9th tournament in the 2023 BWF World Tour calendar. It should not be confused with the Mutua Madrid Open, a tennis tournament that takes place in Madrid in April and has a much larger prize pool of €7,705,780 to €8,796,536.
